**UGENT NOTICE!**

If you are coming to the Enhanced Service Centre location today (Tuesday), there is a problem with the heating and the building is quite cold.
Please wrap up warm, as while we are moving mobile heaters in, they will not warm the large waiting area.

We are in contact with the building owners to find out how long this will take to resolve, but if there is not a prompt fix we may need to move some appointments to our other sites (and we will let you know if we have to do that).

Please accept our apologies for this situation.
