Business Development Manager 37.5 hours

We are currently seeking a self motivated and resilient individual to ensure the smooth, efficient and profitable running of the Practice and maintain a happy committed Team to deliver the best possible care for our patients.

Reporting to the Head of Business & Strategy, you will support the management of the Practice, Practice Dispensary including financial management, HR, premises/equipment and Practice IT Systems.

You will ensure legal and contractual requirements are met, identifying new business across existing and new clientele and take the lead in developing those opportunities to deliver growth and efficiencies.

You will have worked at a strategic level and have the ability to make a strong contribution to the company strategy, to formulate objectives and research and develop ideas for future practice development. Working closely with the Practice Team, you will adopt a strategic approach to the development and management of Patient Services, ensuring the Practice complies with NHS contractual obligations in relation to Patient Care.

To be considered you must be have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Have experience of business development within the NHS/non-NHS and out of hospital sectors. Have a good understanding and have used project management methodologies such as PRINCE 2 and have managed complex projects within a healthcare setting.

You must be highly articulate, have strong and proven negotiation skills, be analytical possess excellent presentation and communication skills.

Quality and Governance Manager 37.5 hours

We are currently seeking a highly motivated leader to provide effective governance and compliance support to ensure that the Group meets its statutory obligations.

Reporting to the Head of Business & Strategy, you will be accountable for the management and delivery of high quality, safe and effective governance processes across the partnership. You will influence and improve quality standards and nurture the development of a maturing organisational governance culture.

You will have overall responsibility for developing, updating, coordinating reviews and overseeing the implementation of agreed Information Governance policies, guidelines and procedures. You will also manage and monitor completion of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit and associated evidence portfolio.

You will be expected to manage the work of other team members and ensure that performance and development is managed in line with organisational requirements.

To be considered you must have a formal management qualification and have relevant qualifications in Information Governance, Records Management, Data Protection, Cyber Security and Information Security. You must have considerable governance knowledge and experience of advising at Senior/Board Level. Complaints handling, project management and regulatory experience will also be useful.

You must be highly articulate, have excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong managerial skills, with a dynamic and innovative approach.
